Based on your guest count and the type of celebration you envision, we will suggest 3 venues that fit perfectly with your vision! 2-Virtual Coffee: We will have an interview to get to know each other better, understand your ideas, and give them value. 3-Estimate Submission: Designing the right event for you means evaluating a budget and reaching an agreement that brings together your dreams and our professionalism. 4-Date Reservation and Contract Signing: After finding your dream venue, it's time to lock in the date and sign the contract. We will ensure everything is ready so you can start sending out those exciting RSVPs! 5-Moodboard with 3 Event Options: We will present a project moodboard with 3 options, precise and detailed analyses of your expenses in each of them. We will schedule the next meetings to create your wedding project. 6-Assembling the Plan: Together, we will choose and onboard the best vendors to create the wedding of your dreams: from the ceremony to the delicious catering, photos, flowers, music. We will decide together every tiny detail of your big day. 7-Final Balance: Six weeks before your wedding, all planning stages will be completed and payments settled. Now it's time for you to relax and prepare for this incredible journey with your loved one by your side. 8-In-Person Meeting: Two or three days before your big day, we will have our final meeting to go through all the precious details, schedules, and checklists, ensuring everything is perfect.
